success april issue~

In John C.Maxwell's "Leadership Gold", chapter called 'don't manage your time-manage your life'. There are two thoughts that i find it interesting.

i. Time is an equal-opportunity employer~ everybody gets 24 hours a day, but not everybody get the same return on their 24 hours. Its like packing suitcases. Even though we all have the same size suitcase, experienced travelers 'know how' to maximize the allotted space, allowing them to put more into their suitcases than a novice traveler. They also know that what is essential to bring and what to leave home.

ii. There is no such thing as time management~ the term is an oxymoron. time cannot be managed. it cannot be controlled in any way. no scientist-no matter how smart-is capable of creating new minutes. So what CAN you do? manage YOURSELF! nothing separates the successful people from unsuccessful people more than how they use their time. Successful people understand that time is the most precious commodity on earth. As a result, they know where their time goes.

Amazing, i admire the quote when john said that "nothing separates the successful people from unsuccessful people more than how they use their time.". and i m sure most of you knows where your time flies. Once you practice, and i m sure you are on track of becoming one of the successful people!
